In providing the Payroll Services, EY may transfer your personal data between the countries in which EY member firms operate, including in countries located outside the European Union and your home country. EY will process sensitive personal data only as necessary for providing Payroll Services to you or your employer.įor Payroll Services rendered by EY from or through an EY member firm in the European Union, EY will nominate one entity to act as the data controller (as defined by the European Union Directive 95/46/EC and as implemented by the respective member countries) and will process your personal data for the purposes of providing you and your employer with the Payroll Services. In doing so, EY will comply with applicable privacy laws and EY’s privacy policies. In performing Payroll Services for you and for your employer, EY may process personal data relating to you, including sensitive personal data such as Social Security numbers or other government-issued identification numbers, and financial account information. The scope of the Payroll Services available to you are described in written materials provided to you by your employer or by EY, or you can learn more about the Payroll Services which are available to you by talking to your EY contact.ĮY may also provide associated payroll-related services to your employer (also referred to herein as "Payroll Services").
Unless stated otherwise, the EY member firm providing the Payroll Services to you via the System, and other member firms of EY’s global organization shall be referred to as "EY".ĮY will provide Payroll Services for you as agreed in the engagement agreement between EY and your employer or one of its affiliates (collectively "your employer").
